Job summary

Delaware North Sportservice is hiring seasonal cooks for EverBank Stadium in Jacksonville, FL. You will work in a fast-paced stadium kitchen, following recipes and ensuring high-quality food service for guests.

Eligible team members receive a benefits package and weekly pay. This role offers flexible scheduling and a collaborative team environment in a sports venue setting.

Qualifications

• Read and understand recipes and food abbreviations.
• Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen with high attention to detail.
• Team player who follows procedures and directions.
• Basic math skills for measuring ingredients.
• No experience or diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Follow supervisor’s assignments for food production and prepare food and beverage products for guests by following recipe guidelines, using proper preparation techniques, and sanitation guidelines.
• Set up, operate and clean kitchen equipment, according to correct procedures as well as keeping workstations clean, organized, sanitized, and sufficiently stocked.
• Work cooperatively with team members and management.
• Follow supervisor’s assignments for opening and closing procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
