DECC is seeking Suite Server & Attendants to operate dining services during events at AMSOIL Arena. You will manage food and beverage service, setup, and guest interaction for suite holders and single game renters.

The role emphasizes hospitality, precision, and teamwork in a fast-paced arena environment. The hours are event-driven and part-time, with many afternoon/evening shifts on weekends, plus some weeknights and holidays.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of customer service experience.
• Basic math skills and cash handling skills.
• Ability to use a point-of-sale system.
• Ability to ensure a high level of customer service.
• Ability to adapt to changes, delays, or unexpected events.
• Ability to move quickly throughout the complex.
• Ability to stand and walk for hours at a time.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide exceptional hospitality while serving food and beverages to suite holders and single game renters during events.
• Deliver prompt and courteous customer service to guests.
• Speak courteously to determine needs and assist.
• Assist with catering functions and bartending as needed.
• Review event sheets to ensure correct setup of event areas.
• Serve hors d'oeuvres, monitor and serve buffet lines, process payments via POS.
• Provide alcohol service as required in suites.
• Maintain clean and organized suites and service areas.
• Perform opening and closing duties and adapt to changes.
