Job summary

Aramark is seeking Suite Attendants to take guest orders and serve food and beverages during events, delivering premium service in suite operations.

You will stock suites, maintain cleanliness, replenish items on request, and ensure adherence to safety and alcohol service policies while providing attentive guest care.

This role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; prior server experience is preferred, with food safety certification and state requirements.

Qualifications

• Requires previous experience as a server, suite attendant, or related role.
• Demonstrates excellent guest service skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Working knowledge of food safety principles.
• Must obtain a food safety certification.
• Must obtain all required alcohol service certifications.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Ensures suites are stocked with proper food, beverage, and product before and during events.
• Maintains appearance and cleanliness of suite and food service areas during event.
• Replenishes food and beverage product during event upon guests' requests.
• Adheres to alcohol service policies and checks IDs.
• Maintains knowledge of menu items and offerings.
• Breaks down and cleans service areas and equipment post-event.
• Returns equipment to storage area and inventories products at end of event.
• Ensures security of company assets.
