Job summary

Compass Group USA at Camp Randall Stadium on UW–Madison is hiring a Suite Runner to deliver food to premium suites and club spaces during football games and other events.

You will ensure timely, professional service that enhances VIP guest experiences, while maintaining sanitation standards and teamwork in a fast-paced environment; must be able to stand for long hours and lift 40–50 lbs, with ServSafe Food Handler and Alcohol Safety certifications or a willingness to complete.

Qualifications

• Team player with a positive, friendly attitude and dedication to excellent service.
• Ability to stand and walk for long hours in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to move 40-50lbs as needed for food delivery.
• ServSafe Food Handler Certification & Alcohol Safety Certification (or willingness to complete).

Responsibilities

• Deliver food to suites and club spaces for premium guests, ensuring timely and professional service.
• Follow sanitation and safety procedures when handling food and equipment.
• Communicate with the culinary expeditor to ensure food is delivered in a timely manner.
• Work as a team player, collaborating with coworkers and supervisors to meet service standards.
• Complete side work and other duties as assigned to maintain smooth operations.

Position Title: Suite Runner - Camp Randall Stadium @ The University of Wisconsin Madison

Summary:Join our team as a Suite Runner and play a vital role in delivering food to premium suites and club areas during UW-Madison sporting events. You’ll ensure that food is delivered promptly and professionally, contributing to a high-quality experience for VIP guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver food to suites and club spaces for premium guests, ensuring timely and professional service.
• Follow sanitation and safety procedures when handling food and equipment.
• Communicate with the culinary expeditor to ensure food is delivered in a timely manner.
