• Lead and supervise Suites & Clubs Attendants to ensure guest service and operational excellence.

• Train, coach, and support team members while ensuring adherence to service standards and company policies.
• Address guest concerns and resolve service issues promptly and professionally.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, alcohol service, and workplace safety standards.
• Conduct pre-shift meetings and communicate event expectations, assignments, and operational updates.
• Collaborate with culinary, warehouse, and operations teams to ensure seamless event execution.
• Monitor staff performance, attendance, and productivity to maintain a high-performing team.
• Complete operational reports and communicate event outcomes, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
• Other Duties As Assigned.
