Job summary

Levy Restaurants is seeking a Premium Club Server Assistant for events at Q2 Stadium. The role supports premium hospitality spaces, maintains guest service areas, and ensures spaces are clean, stocked, and guest-ready during sporting events, concerts, and special events.

You will help set up, replenish displays, monitor presentation, and deliver attentive hospitality to guests, while collaborating with culinary and beverage teams to ensure an exceptional guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Set up, maintain, and break down action stations and guest service areas.
• Replenish food displays, utensils, plates, napkins, condiments, and other service supplies throughout events.
• Monitor food presentation and product levels to ensure quality and appearance standards are maintained.
• Provide friendly, professional, and attentive hospitality to guests.
• Answer guest questions regarding club amenities and food offerings.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of premium club spaces, dining areas, and service stations.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department requirements.
• Assist with event setup, execution, and post-event breakdown activities.
• Communicate product needs and operational concerns to supervisors.
• Work collaboratively with culinary, beverage, and premium hospitality teams to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
• Support opening and closing duties as assigned.

Job Summary

The Premium Club Attendant is responsible for supporting premium hospitality operations within club spaces during sporting events, concerts, and special events. This position helps maintain action stations, guest-facing service areas, and hospitality spaces while ensuring premium club areas remain clean, organized, fully stocked, and guest-ready throughout each event. The Premium Club Attendant plays a key role in creating a welcoming and memorable guest experience through exceptional hospitality and attention to detail.
