Job summary

Legends Global in New Orleans, LA is seeking an Assistant Suite Manager to support all food and beverage operations for the Suites. You will assist in staffing, scheduling, training, and counseling staff while directly managing team members and interacting with guests.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, experience with POS systems, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate degree preferred.
• Experience with POS systems and cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Assist in staffing, scheduling, training and counseling of staff.
• Directly manage staff while interacting with customers.
• Maintain high-volume food and beverage inventory control.
• Educate and enforce responsible service of alcohol and compliance.
• Develop and enforce service, sanitation and product quality standards.
• Ensure documentation and enforcement of cash handling procedures.
• Collaborate to ensure compliance with company standards, inventory and cash control.
• Conduct physical audits of inventory and perform reconciliations.
