Legends in New Orleans seeks a Suite Supervisor to support all food and beverage operations, staffing, training, and customer service excellence. You will manage staff, supervise service quality, and ensure accurate cash handling and inventory control.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; associate's degree preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience using a POS system.
• Customer service oriented.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Able to adapt to change quickly.
• Punctual and dependable.
• Proficient reading/writing English.
• Able to lift up to 30 pounds.
• Able to sit at computer workstation for extended periods.
• Maintain good personal hygiene and grooming.

Responsibilities

• Assist in staffing, scheduling, training, and counseling of staff.
• Directly managing staff while interacting with customers.
• Maintain and control high volume food and beverage inventory.
• Train, educate, and enforce responsible service of alcoholic beverages and evaluate compliance.
• Develop and enforce standards for service, sanitation, and product and food quality.
• Ensure all cash handling procedures are documented and enforced.
• Interact with co-workers to assure compliance with service standards, inventory, and cash procedures.
• Conduct physical audit of inventory and product; research and perform reconciliations.
