Job summary

ASM Global is seeking a Cook - Suites to prepare and distribute food for luxury suites and entertainers, following standardized recipes and maintaining high standards of guest service. The role is part-time, non-exempt, reporting to the Executive/Sous Chef in the Food & Beverage department at our Fresno, CA venue.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, plus a culinary certificate or equivalent experience, and must be flexible with hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and distributes food to the luxury suites and entertainers.
• Prepares hot and cold food to order per standardized recipes.
• Provides high-quality service to guests and co-workers at all times.
• Follows proper food handling techniques to minimize waste and cost.
• Assists with opening and closing inventory counts.
• Maintains station readiness based on historical par levels for service.
