Job summary

ASM Global is seeking a Cook - Suites to support the Food & Beverage team in luxury suites. You will prepare hot and cold foods, follow recipes, and maintain safety and cleanliness to deliver high-quality guest experiences.

This part-time, non-exempt role requires flexibility in hours and adherence to health codes; prior culinary training is preferred. You may assist with inventory, setup, and station readiness to ensure a smooth service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• One-year certificate from culinary school or comparable experience.
• Ability to read and interpret recipes and prep lists.
• Basic knife skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and distributes food to luxury suites and entertainers.
• Prepares hot and cold food to order per recipes.
• Maintains sanitary and safe workspace.
• Cooks items to order while managing multiple orders.
• Follows FIFO and proper food handling.
