The Suite Busser role at Nps Llc supports Suite Attendant in delivering first-class service to luxury Suite guests during events. You will set up suites, deliver food and beverages, assist with service, bussing, and maintain cleanliness throughout the venue.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in high-volume catering, a professional demeanor, and strong teamwork skills. Flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays is required to succeed at football games and other stadium events.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in high volume catering or full-service dining preferred.
• Knowledge of food service and table standards preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up Suite areas and deliver food and beverages to all Suite guests.
• Assist Suite Attendant in serving guests and bussing tables and counters in Suites.
• Break down and clean equipment after events and store properly.
• Deliver desserts, small wares and stadium giveaways to Suite guests.
• Coordinate with Pantry expeditor to meet quality controls and standards.
• Perform special projects and duties as assigned by management.

SUMMARY: The Suite Busser works in cooperation with the Suite Attendant to provide exceptional customer service to internal and external Suite guests.
