Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Preferably six months in a similar retail role.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physically able to stand and walk for long periods, lift up to 25 lbs independently or up to 50 lbs with assistance.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service: assist customers, use the SUGARTAINMENT engagement model, keep the sales floor clean and organized.
• Operate the POS register and complete cash out transactions.
• Achieve sales goals by upselling and explaining product benefits.
• Support store operations: maintain cash handling records, conduct opening/closing procedures.
• Represent core values of positivity, playfulness, and teamwork.
