Job summary

Sugarloaf is seeking Resort Services Representatives for the winter season to provide friendly, face-to-face service to guests. Starting wages are anticipated at $17.50 to $18.50 per hour, with a supportive team and positive work environment.

Role requires a calm, caring approach, strong communication, and teamwork to help guests have a memorable Sugarloaf experience. Weekend and holiday availability is essential during the winter season.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience delivering excellent guest service in a fast-paced environment is a plus.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays during the winter season.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a friendly, positive and professional approach.
• Develop knowledge of Sugarloaf’s policies, products and services to assist guests.
• Answer questions using the annual Ticket Promotion Manual for up-to-date information.
• Listen to guests’ needs and provide thoughtful, personalized assistance.
• Help guests resolve concerns within guidelines and manager direction.
• Handle transactions accurately using the POS system.

Looking for a winter job where you can work with great people and make a difference for our guests? Join Sugarloaf’s Resort Services team. Resort Services Representatives provide friendly, face‑to‑face service to our guests, helping answer questions, solve problems and create a great experience from start to finish. We are currently looking for both full time and part time team members in this role, starting wages are anticipated to begin at $17.50 to $18.50 per hour and come with great job perks. Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a friendly, positive and professional approach, creating a great first impression and helping guests feel at home.
• Develop a strong working knowledge of Sugarloaf’s policies, products and services, to confidently assist and inform guests.
• Become familiar with and maintain knowledge of the annual Ticket Promotion Manual, using it as a resource to accurately answer guest questions and provide up‑to‑date information.
• Listen to guests’ needs, questions, and concerns and provide thoughtful, personalized assistance to help them make the most of their Sugarloaf experience.
• Assist guests in finding appropriate resolutions to concerns within established guidelines and manager direction.
• Handle challenging situations with patience, empathy, and professionalism, working to resolve concerns quickly and respectfully while maintaining a positive guest experience.
• Process guest transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system, while maintaining accountability for all transactions.

• be flexible and able to work effectively as part of a team.

Must be available to work weekends and holidays throughout the winter season and be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
