Job summary

Sugarloaf Mountain Corporation is seeking a detail-oriented, self-motivated team member to join our resort's Building Maintenance Team. This full-time, year-round role performs basic maintenance across plumbing, electrical, appliances, furniture, and general trades to keep facilities running smoothly.

Eligible for benefits and perks, with starting wage of $25-27 per hour. Experience is welcome, but fast learners willing to be trained are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Ability to operate basic hand and power tools.
• Ability to work independently and safely.
• Ability to understand and follow oral and written directions.
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to perform physical tasks requiring exertion.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance tasks across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and troubleshooting TV/internet.
• Maintain and repair equipment and building fixtures as needed.
• Adhere to safety protocols and company policies.

Overview

Sugarloaf is currently looking for a detail orientated, self-motivated, and enthusiastic team player to joinour resort's Building Maintenance Team. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, performing basic maintenance on plumbing, electrical, appliances, furniture, and general building maintenance trades.

This is a full-time, year-round position that is eligible for benefits, access to seasonal amenities, and many other great job perks. Anticipated starting wage for this role is $25-27 per hour. If you have experience in these fields or are a fast learner that is willing to be trained, come join our team!

Responsibilities

• Perform varied maintenance tasks such as:
  • plumbing,
  • electrical,
  • carpentry,
  • painting,
  • troubleshooting and resolving issues with TV and internet.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for this job will:

• have the ability to operate basic hand and power tools
• be able to work independently and safely
• be able to understand and follow both oral and written directions
• have a reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license
• be able to exert a considerable amount of physical effort to complete some tasks
