Sugarloaf is seeking a hands-on Building Maintenance Supervisor to lead a maintenance crew of 5 to 12, ensuring safe, reliable operation across the resort and managed properties.

You will schedule work, train staff, oversee equipment, handle estimates, and drive safety compliance while maintaining positive relationships with staff, owners, and guests.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred; hands-on building maintenance or field experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and comfort with email-based communication.
• Familiarity with OSHA general industry and construction safety standards.
• Sound judgment and the ability to adapt procedures to new or unexpected situations.
• Ability to perform physical work on a regular basis, including frequent lifting and carrying (up to 50+ lbs), climbing ladders, and working outdoors in varying weather conditions.

• Step in for the Property Support Manager when needed.
• Maintain professional, cordial relationships with staff, property owners, and guests.

Overview

Sugarloaf is looking for a hands-on Building Maintenance Supervisor to help lead the team responsible for keeping our resort and managed properties running smoothly and safely. This role starts at an hourly wage of $28-32 depending upon previous leadership/related field experience and offers a career growth path with our resort.
