Job summary

Requires 2+ years of SUE CAD experience and proficiency in MicroStation, OpenRoads, and Civil 3D, with GDOT project exposure preferred. On-site position in Atlanta, GA.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of SUE CAD technician experience or similar.
• Strong ability to read maps and technical drawings.
• Proficiency in MicroStation, OpenRoads, and Civil 3D.
• Knowledge of GDOT standards preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process survey data into CAD formats per PDP/EDG.
• Develop precise SUE CAD plans aligned with GDOT requirements.
• Perform QA/QC checks on CAD drawings for accuracy.
• Follow GDOT SUE Deliverable Checklist to ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with SUE PM, field crews, and others to resolve data issues.
• Identify CAD workflow improvements to boost efficiency.
