McKim & Creed, Inc. is seeking a mid-level SUE Analyst to lead field crews and deliver accurate utility investigations. You will supervise QL-A/QL-B work, coordinate with engineers and clients, and help drive project success. Growth path toward a Project Coordinator role is available.

Ideal candidates bring established field relationships in utilities, municipal, or infrastructure sectors, and a commitment to safety and quality across field and office tasks.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in subsurface utility engineering, utility locating, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience directing field crews and producing SUE deliverables at Quality Levels A and B.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients, utility owners, or municipal contacts.

Responsabilités

• Direct the operation of SUE field crews, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, budget discipline and safe work sites.
• Perform and oversee Quality Level A and B utility investigations using EM designation and GPR.
• Conduct utility records research and field designation to support project scopes.
• Prepare field notes, diagrams and exhibits documenting utility details such as location, depth, size and materials.
• Process field work into finished drawings and deliverables using Bluebeam Revu.
• Coordinate with engineers, surveyors, clients and agencies to communicate status and field conditions.
• Identify and contact utility owners to request information and confirm locate requirements.
• Support QA/QC review of field data and deliverables to uphold quality standards.
• Mentor SUE Technician staff with field instruction and safety oversight.
• Leverage relationships to support business development and client engagement.
