Qualifications

• Master's degree in public administration or related field.
• Three years of professional experience in the area of assignment, with at least one year in program administration.
• Ability to testify before the WV Legislature.
• Experience with Medicaid SUD Waiver programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the SUD Waiver, including federal reporting to CMS and other assigned behavioral health programs.
• Monitor the delivery of services to members.
• Oversee an annual budget.
• Research, develop, and/or implement program policy and procedures.
• Provide daily policy clarification and guidance to Medicaid Managed Care Organizations.
• Collaborate with other state agencies, vendors, and advocacy groups.
• Create state policy and reporting requirements in accordance with the Code of Federal Regulations.
• Assist in the development of contracts to procure program services within federal guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
