Job summary

Evergreen Life Services seeks a Waiver Program Manager to oversee Medicaid Waiver Services, including SIL, supervise staff, and implement Plans of Care. You will analyze consumer needs and coordinate with families and agencies to ensure quality support.

Responsibilities include billing documentation, licensing compliance, and collaboration with support coordinators, with emphasis on person-centered care and continuous quality improvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Previous supervisory experience in an ICF/MR setting is highly desirable.
• Working knowledge of matching supports to individuals’ needs.
• Knowledge of person-centered approaches.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the Waiver Program.
• Act as liaison between agencies or families admitting individuals into Waiver Programs.
• Monitor quality assurance for all Waiver Programs.
• Collect all necessary documentation for billing.
• Submit all billing and documentation to the Corporate Office in a timely and accurate manner.
• Act as a contact to all Support Coordination Agencies.
• Ensure that Critical Incident Reports are completed and tracked.
• Assist in monitoring budgets for all Waiver Programs.
