Job summary

Temecula Recovery Center, part of Generations Healthcare, is seeking an experienced SUD Clinical Supervisor to oversee clinical staff and ensure high-quality care for patients with substance use disorders. The role includes direct in-patient therapy on a short-term basis and staff development.

Requirements include a Master’s degree in a clinical track and licensure (LMFT/LCSW/LPCC), plus at least five years in detox rehab or related settings with crisis intervention experience.

Qualifications

• Licensed clinician with ability to supervise associates.
• Master’s degree from a clinical track is required.
• Minimum five years’ experience in detox rehab or substance abuse treatment.
• Experience with substance use treatment and crisis intervention required.

Responsibilities

• Provide regular supervision to clinical staff and ensure ethical standards.
• Review treatment plans, case notes, and patient progress.
• Lead supervision sessions to enhance staff development and competence.
• Develop ongoing training on evidence-based practices and ethics.
• Monitor staff performance and provide feedback/corrective action.
• Offer clinical guidance and crisis management support as needed.
• Provide direct clinical services to assigned patients with notes.
• Collaborate with admissions to determine patient suitability.
• Oversee delivery of treatment services with individualized care.
• Ensure compliance with protocols and patient confidentiality.
• Maintain complete, accurate clinical documentation.
