LifePath Systems seeks a Workforce Development Training Coordinator- SUD to implement onboarding and ongoing education for staff, covering SUD services, co-occurring disorders, overdose prevention, MAT, and system use of CMBHS. The role includes classroom, coaching, and field support with tracking of training metrics and back-up training coverage.

• Must have a Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or related field and meet QMHP-CS requirements.
• Master’s degree in Counseling or Social Work is preferred.
• Texas Licensure as LCDC is preferred.
• Three years clinical experience in a community mental health setting with SUD.
• Comprehensive knowledge of person-centered care, crisis management, CLAS standards, care coordination and trauma-informed care.
• Must have a current Texas driver’s license.
• At least one year of experience in program training, supervision and/or support is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Implement onboarding, training, and workforce support for new employees and provide continuing education for tenured staff.
• Train staff on SUD services, co-occurring disorders, overdose prevention, MAT, and use of CMBHS system.
• Maintain training tracker/spreadsheet for measures and program metrics.
• Collaborate with clinical leaders and other subject matter experts to support onboarding, role readiness, and workforce development.
• Serve as backup trainer and cross-train in multiple programs to ensure continuity of training operations.

Educación

Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or related field (QMHP-CS requirement)

Master’s degree in Counseling or Social Work (preferred)

Texas Licensure as LCDC (preferred)

Three years clinical experience in community mental health with SUD

Knowledge of person-centered care, crisis management, CLAS, care coordination, trauma-informed care

Current Texas driver’s license

Experience in program training, supervision or support (preferred)
