Riverwood Center is located in beautiful Southwest Michigan with staff at seven sites across Berrien County. We are accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities and a member of Southwest Michigan Behavioral Health, Michigan Association of Community Mental Health Boards, and the National Council for Behavioral Health.

Responsibilities

• Provides individual and group substance use and co-occurring therapy to consumers and their families in a manner that is consistent with evidence-based treatment standards and best practice guidelines.
• Prepares comprehensive bio-psychosocial assessments, treatment plans, crisis intervention and pre-screens as needed.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in an appropriate mental health discipline.
• Two or more years’ experience providing treatment to individuals with substance use or co-occurring disorders.
• Excellent computer and interpersonal skills, punctuality, ability to organize and manage several projects/tasks simultaneously, and work independently.
