Job summary

Riverwood Center in Southwest Michigan is seeking licensed mental health professionals to join our compassionate team. You will provide individual, group, and family therapy across multiple sites, conduct assessments, and develop treatment plans to support adults and families in our community.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in an appropriate mental health discipline and licensure as LLMSW/LMSW/TLLP/LLP/LLPC or LPC.

Responsibilities

• Provides individual, group, and family therapy
• Performs assessments and creates treatment plans
• Completes brief assessment and crisis intervention strategies
• Demonstrates a working knowledge of population-specific diagnoses and data-informed treatment

Education

• Demonstrates a working knowledge of population specific diagnosis and displays the ability to gather, interpret data, and provide treatment in a manner that is consistent with treatment standards and best practice guidelines
