Job summary

White Earth Nation is seeking a Recovery and Treatment Coordinator to provide SUD care coordination and direct services, including individual and group counseling, case management, assessments, aftercare, and education.

The role requires knowledge of ASAM, 12 Core Functions, and DANNES reporting, with experience in Native American communities. Flexible hours and on-call crisis response may be required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of ASAM Level of Care and other treatment modalities.
• Understanding of 12 Core Functions per licensure.
• Familiarity with DANNES data reporting standards.
• Proficiency in Person-Centered-Cognitive Behavioral Theories.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Ability to build rapport with Native ceremonial providers.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate SUD treatment and care according to standards and policies.
• Assist treatment planning with clients and significant others.
• Support documentation and data gathering per policies.
• Facilitate referrals to SUD services via care team, assessments, or plans.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive referral system.
• Document according to licensure, billing, and internal processes.
