Job summary

Bay Area Community Health (BACH) is seeking a SUD Program Supervisor to manage the Dual Diagnosis program on-site in San Jose, CA. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, coordinate treatment services, mentor staff, and ensure program documentation and reporting meet funder requirements.

Responsibilities include client assessments, treatment planning, supervision of MAT staff, collaboration with outreach, and maintaining HIPAA compliance while adapting activities to meet program goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling is required.
• Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of work experience with active substance users.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word) or equivalent software.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate clients’ mental and physical health, addiction, or problem behavior and assess readiness for treatment.
• Help clients develop treatment goals and plans.
• Review and recommend treatment options with clients and families.
• Provide clinical and administrative supervision to program staff.
• Manage day-to-day activities of the program.
• Provide monthly reports on program updates and progress.
