Job summary

HealthRIGHT 360's Prototypes Women's Center in Pomona, CA seeks a SUD Supervisor III to lead a team of counselors and support staff in delivering trauma-informed, evidence-based care for women with co-occurring disorders.

You will oversee client care, scheduling, and compliance with agency policies, coordinate with external partners, and ensure timely documentation and staff development to meet program goals.

Qualifications

• Three years’ experience supervising others, preferably with direct service employees.
• Experience with trauma-informed services and co-occurring disorders.
• Ability to ensure compliance with policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and guide direct service staff such as SUD Counselors and Client Safety Navigators.
• Assist management with interviews, selection, hires, and terminations.
• Ensure reports and documentation meet program requirements and regulatory standards.
• Provide ongoing feedback, coaching, and performance evaluations.
• Lead staff meetings and coordinate training resources to support staff success.
• Manage staff schedules and time-off to ensure program coverage.
• Communicate policy updates and quality-of-care concerns to team.
• Oversee client care and case conferences, ensuring ethical practices.
• Perform regular audits to ensure contract compliance.
