Job summary

The Second Wind, a growing outpatient SUD treatment program in Manhattan, seeks a Clinical Supervisor to lead the clinical team.

You will supervise clinicians, ensure documentation accuracy and regulatory compliance, and drive quality care across the program. This on-site leadership role reports to the Clinical Director and offers staff development in a collaborative, mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold a NY LMSW or LCSW license and be licensed in good standing.
• Experience in SUD treatment and supervisory roles preferred.
• Strong knowledge of clinical documentation standards and compliance.
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight, review and sign off on assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes.
• Supervise clinicians, coach staff, and support professional development.
• Monitor productivity and caseload management; improve workflows and operations.
• Act as primary clinical resource for Manhattan team and coordinate with leadership.
• Travel periodically to Bronx and Queens locations to support staff and operations.
