Job summary

Actalent in Bronx, NY is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to lead clinical operations in an OASAS Part 820 treatment program. You will conduct case reviews, mentor staff, provide trainings, and support program development to improve client outcomes.

This onsite contract-to-hire role requires an MSW or equivalent, NY licensure, and at least 2 years supervisory experience in SUD. You will work with a multidisciplinary team and utilize EHR for documentation and billing; typical hours are daytime

Qualifications

• MSW or equivalent clinical degree.
• Current NYS LCSW, LMSW, LMHC, or equivalent clinical license.
• CASAC Master or Advanced Counselor credential.
• Minimum of 2 years supervisory and administrative experience in a clinical setting.
• Proven management experience in SUD recovery or related field.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Proficient with EHR systems and billing workflows.
• Completion of the 30-hour Clinical Supervision Foundations training.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day clinical operations and intake, service planning, interventions and discharge planning.
• Implement evidence-based practices across service delivery.
• Conduct regular case reviews to monitor progress and support decision-making.
• Schedule and document direct supervision for clinic staff.
• Provide ongoing mentorship to clinical staff.
• Deliver trainings on integrated treatment, motivational interviewing, and collaborative documentation.
• Train staff on EHR usage, workflows, and billing.
• Assist in interviewing, hiring, and staff development.
• Support program development and evaluation to improve client outcomes.
• Collaborate with leadership to align clinical operations with goals.
• Maintain strong relationships with staff and stakeholders.
• Apply sound administrative practices to ensure compliance.
• Communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
