Job summary

The Second Wind, Inc. seeks an experienced Clinical Supervisor (LCSW or Master CASAC) to lead our outpatient SUD program in Rockaway Park, Queens. You will supervise CASAC/CASAC-T counselors and peer advocates while maintaining a small clinical caseload and guiding treatment quality.

You’ll mentor staff, influence policy, ensure compliant documentation, and coordinate scheduling with the Clinical Director to support growth and clinical excellence.

Qualifications

• Active NY LCSW licensure strongly preferred.
• Master CASAC/CASAC-Advanced considered depending on experience.
• Experience supervising SUD counselors and peer staff preferred.

Responsibilities

• Carry a small caseload while leading the treatment team.
• Provide supervision and mentoring to CASAC/CASAC-T counselors and CRPA peers.
• Offer clinical consultation on complex cases and support daily decision-making.
• Collaborate on program development, treatment approach, and quality initiatives.
• Standardize practices and documentation across the team.
• For LCSW candidates: review and sign off on clinical documents for accuracy.
