The Second Wind Behavioral Health Services is seeking a Clinical Supervisor (LCSW) to lead our outpatient SUD program across Queens and Bronx locations. This leadership role will involve mentoring staff, strengthening clinical practice, and helping shape growth for a high-quality behavioral health program.

You will work closely with the Clinical Director to support operations, staff development, treatment quality, and program consistency across sites.

Qualifikationen

• Active New York State LCSW license required.
• Master’s Degree in Social Work required.
• Minimum of two (2) years of clinical experience required.
• Experience in Substance Use Disorder (SUD) treatment strongly preferred.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.

• Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to CASAC/CASAC-T Counselors and CRPA/CRPA-P Peer Advocates.
• Serve as a clinical resource for staff regarding treatment planning, client engagement, and complex case consultations.
• Maintain a regular presence across Queens and Manhattan locations to ensure consistent clinical support and leadership.
• Partner with the Clinical Director on program development, quality improvement initiatives, and clinical best practices.
• Review assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and other clinical documentation to ensure quality, compliance, and accuracy.
• Provide coaching, performance feedback, and staff development opportunities to strengthen clinical effectiveness.
• Promote consistency in supervision, documentation standards, and clinical practices across multiple sites.
• Assist with caseload management, workflow coordination, and overall clinical operations.
• Support staff through problem-solving, professional guidance, and ongoing clinical education.
• Foster a collaborative, client-centered culture focused on recovery and positive outcomes.

Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 per year

The Second Wind Behavioral Health Services is seeking an experienced Clinical Supervisor (LCSW) to support our growing outpatient Substance Use Disorder (SUD) program across our Queens and Bronx locations.

This is an exciting leadership opportunity for a clinician who enjoys mentoring staff, strengthening clinical practice, and helping shape the growth of a high-quality behavioral health program. The Clinical Supervisor will work closely with the Clinical Director to support clinical operations, staff development, treatment quality, and program consistency across multiple sites.
