Job summary

The W Group's New Broadview Manor in Staten Island, NY seeks an experienced Clinical Supervisor (LMSW/LCSW or Master CASAC/CASAC-Advanced) to guide a growing SUD program. You will mentor counselors, shape clinical practices, and lead quality improvement efforts while maintaining direct clinical work with residents.

Ideal candidates hold NY licensure (LMSW/LCSW) or CASAC credentials, with prior supervisory experience and a passion for developing staff and improving program outcomes.

Qualifications

• LMSW or LCSW with active New York State licensure strongly preferred.
• Master CASAC or CASAC-Advanced credential will also be considered.
• Experience in SUD treatment strongly preferred.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred, mentoring credentialed staff.
• Clinical leader who enjoys teaching, coaching, and developing others.
• Comfortable with documentation and compliance standards.
• Organized and able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Carry a small caseload and provide direct clinical services while leading the team.
• Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to CASAC/CASAC-T counselors and CRPA/CRPA-P staff.
• Offer clinical consultation on complex cases and support day-to-day clinical decisions.
• Partner with the Clinical Director on program development, treatment approach, and quality improvement.
• Help standardize clinical practices and documentation across the team.
• Review and sign off on clinical documentation for LMSW/LCSW candidates.
• Coach staff through real-time feedback and supervision.
• Coordinate a supervision schedule to ensure coverage.
• Support caseload management and clinical workflow across the team.
• Address performance or documentation concerns constructively for staff development.
