Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in social services or related field plus 3 years of social service experience, or a Master’s degree with 2 years of social service experience.

Aufgaben

• Monitor, license and evaluate substance use disorder programs per licensing standards (Chapter 397 F.S. and 65D-30 FAC).
• Input applications, fees, complaints, fines, inspections, corrective action plans and related data into the Department’s official system.
• Assist providers with applications for Baker Act Receiving Facilities and monitor facility designations.
• Represent the Department in community meetings, work groups and forums related to licensing and designation issues.
• Review incident reporting, fatality reviews and quality improvement reports to drive regional improvements.
• Coordinate and follow up on complaints/tracker assignments and services as received.
