Job summary

We Care Daily Clinics in Auburn, WA is seeking a Substance Use Disorder Professional (SUDP) to provide counseling and case management within an OTP setting. The role emphasizes policy adherence, patient-centered care, and collaboration with the treatment team.

Responsibilities include developing treatment plans, documenting progress, and coordinating care with staff while maintaining HIPAA and ethical standards. Evening/weekend may be required; travel minimal.

Qualifications

• Academic training in the social service field and chemical dependency treatment as required by Washington licensing.
• Must maintain CDP license credential throughout employment and meet continuing education requirements.
• Minimum two years of experience in social services and chemical dependency treatment.
• Opioid Treatment Program experience preferred.
• LMHC desired but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual counseling and case management to assigned patients.
• Maintain professional boundaries with patients and staff.
• Document progress notations in patient files promptly and accurately.
• Prepare initial and ongoing treatment plans and responses to test results.
• Coordinate patient treatment with other staff and departments.
• Participate in Treatment Team meetings and HIPAA compliance.
• Attend required training and continuing education as needed.
• Support mission and positive staff interactions.
