The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree and relevant licensure (LPC/LPCC/LCSW) and demonstrates integrity, empathy, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced clinical environment in Knoxville, TN.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a related field and licensure (LPC/LPCC/LCSW) as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual counseling sessions per state regulations.
• Provide group counseling when required.
• Develop and review formal treatment plans with patients.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
