Job summary

VIVA USA INC is seeking a SuccessFactors Integration Specialist to work onsite in the United States to support the Employee Central integration between SuccessFactors EC, SAP ECC, and non-SAP systems. The role emphasizes production support, data migration, interfaces, and cloud platform integration.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in data migration and integration, strong knowledge of SuccessFactors EC/ECC, and hands-on experience with CPI Integration Center.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of experience with data migration, inbound/outbound interfaces and integration.
• Experience leading data migration, interface and integration tasks for a recent SuccessFactors implementation.
• Participation in data migration, interfaces and integration for at least 2 recent SuccessFactors EC implementations and production support.
• Strong functional knowledge of SuccessFactors EC and ECC HCM/FI.
• Experience using SuccessFactors Cloud Platform Integration and Integration Center.
• Experience integrating SuccessFactors EC with SAP ECC and non-SAP systems.
• ABAP programming experience.
• Public sector experience.
• Excellent team player with good communication and organization skills.
• Able to document dependencies and coordinate data loads and extracts.
• Mentor staff for ongoing support after implementation.

Description:

The client is recruiting one (1) full-time SuccessFactors Integration Specialist to assist the client in the production support of the SuccessFactors Employee Central system.

The Specialist will be responsible for all integration activities between SuccessFactors (EC) and the ECC modules (HCM/FI), as well as non-SAP systems (Legacy Systems/Outside Vendors).

Required Skills/Experience

1. Data Migration & Integration Specialist with at least 7 years of experience with all steps in the data migration process, inbound/outbound interfaces and integration.
2. Experience leading data migration, interface and integration tasks for a recent SuccessFactors implementation project.
3. Participated in data migration, interfaces and integration for at least 2 recent SuccessFactors EC implementations and production support.
4. Good functional knowledge of SuccessFactors EC and ECC HCM/FI.
5. Experience using SuccessFactors Cloud Platform Integration and Integration Center.
