Quick Service Restaurant Team members play a key role in serving and delighting our guests. You are the face of our brand and the reason that our guests come back to us time and time again. Responsibilities include providing friendly and professional service, preparing products, and maintaining a tidy restaurant environment. You will support the Restaurant General Manager in creating an exceptional guest experience and a positive working environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly to make them feel welcomed.
• Operate the register efficiently and friendly to minimize wait times.
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the restaurant, ensuring stock levels, freshness, and presentation.
• Assist with food preparation and safety, following company procedures for a consistent guest experience.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Restaurant General Manager.

Must be able to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodations.

Working Relationships

Clerks, Team Members, Shift Leaders, Assistant Manager, Restaurant General Manager, District Manager, Brand Manager, and other personnel and vendors.

Qualifications

• Preferred Education: High School or GED
• Preferred Experience: 3-6 months restaurant experience
• Certifications: ServSafe/Food Safety certification a plus but not mandatory (may vary by location)
• Soft Skills: Friendly communication, high energy, multitasking, team-oriented, basic computer skills

Schedule & Conditions

This position can be part-time (up to 29 hours) or full-time (30-40 hours), with varied hours including nights, weekends, and holidays. Locations may operate 24 hours depending on the site. Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds, stand for long periods, and work in cooler environments. Uniform includes slip-resistant footwear and company attire.
