Job Summary

This position manages the day-to-day operations of a Company-operated Restaurant. The Restaurant Manager (RM) oversees people, operations, and financial metrics, reporting directly to the Restaurant District Manager.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service; coach and correct team members.
• Recruit, interview, hire, onboard staff.
• Maintain cleanliness and delegate responsibilities.
• Establish build to’s and manage production systems.
• Ensure food is prepared and served per regulations.
• Supervise and train team members on standards.
• Implement campaigns and conduct product training.
• Maintain quality, safety, and operational standards.
• Manage cash, sales, and inventory records.
• Communicate with District Manager.
• Complete administrative tasks: paperwork, counts, orders, schedules.
• Ensure safety and report issues.
• Complete incident reports.
• Own financial and operational metrics for profitability.
• Conduct team check-ins and recognize performance.
• Implement disciplinary actions when necessary.
• Train Assistant Manager for operational coverage.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years restaurant management experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Valid Driver’s License
• Serv Safe Manager certification (preferred)
• Open availability
• Strong communication, leadership, and conflict management skills
• Ability to work in various physical conditions
