About the Role
- As Store Manager, your core responsibilities will include: achieving store sales and profit targets, delivering excellent customer service, ensuring smooth store operations, maintaining attractive and correct merchandising, and leading your team through recruiting, training, managing, and developing them.
- You will also receive full training in ear piercing.

Qualifications - About You
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1 to 2 years of retail management experience.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Basic computer skills and a good understanding of mathematics.
- Strong reading comprehension and customer service skills.
- Ability to analyze sales reports and solve problems strategically.
- Physical ability to stand during shifts, maneuver up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs occasionally, and perform tasks like bending, reaching, and climbing ladders.
- Ability to operate POS systems.
