TravelCenters of America is hiring for a Subway Lead Cashier position. As a key member of our store team, you will provide excellent customer service and manage various cashier duties.

Job Summary

We offer a wide selection of products, including Grab ‘N Go foods, groceries, snacks, electronics, and more. The Lead Cashier is responsible for ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers, managing transactions, stocking, inventory, and supervising team members.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service with a positive attitude
• Process transactions accurately using POS systems
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store
• Manage inventory, perform cycle counts, and handle end-of-day reports
• Assist in scheduling and training team members
• Follow safety guidelines and report unsafe conditions
• Communicate effectively with team and management

Qualifications

• 4+ years cashier experience preferred
• Computer and POS knowledge required
• Cash handling and merchandising experience required
• Good communication skills
• Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Pay Range
