Job summary

GPM Investments, LLC is seeking a hands-on Assistant Store Manager for a Subway location in North Carolina. You will support daily operations, coach team members on food prep, safety, and service, and help maintain food quality and service standards.

You will step in for the Store Manager when needed, drive a clean, safe, and welcoming environment, and contribute to staffing, scheduling, and performance feedback to drive store performance.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide).
• 18 years of age or older and eligible to work in the United States.
