Job summary

Subway in Indianapolis is seeking a hands-on Assistant Store Manager to support daily operations, coach team members, and ensure food quality and service standards are met. You’ll also step in for the Store Manager when needed and help drive a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.

This role requires leading by example, managing schedules and performance feedback, monitoring inventory and costs, and ensuring compliance with health, safety and labor laws while delivering excellent customer

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Job requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday.
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, division and multiplication).
• Ability to show patience and articulate well during the training of new employees.
• Ability to lift 10 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally.
