Job summary

GPM Investments, LLC is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for a Subway location. You will lead daily operations, coach a team, and ensure food quality and service standards are met.

You’ll step in for the Store Manager, drive a clean and safe environment, and help optimize costs. Qualified candidates will train staff on prep and safety, assist with hiring and scheduling, and model exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused and able to lead a team.
• Experience in fast-paced food service environment preferred.
• Must read/write English and communicate clearly.
• Ability to bend, stand, and walk throughout the shift.

We’re looking for a hands‑on, customer-focused Assistant Store Manager to help lead our Subway location. In this role, you’ll support daily operations, coach team members, and ensure food quality and service standards are met. You’ll also step in for the Store Manager when needed and help drive a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
