Job summary

GPM Investments is hiring a Subway Assistant Manager in Swansboro, NC. This hands-on role supports daily operations, coaches team members, and ensures food quality and service standards. You will step in for the Store Manager when needed and help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Ability to stand, walk, and bend during shifts.
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, division, multiplication).
• Patience and clear communication when training new employees.
• Lift 10 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally.
