Job summary

Subway is seeking a hands-on Assistant Store Manager to help lead a Subway location in Hilliard, FL. You will support daily operations, coach team members, and ensure food quality and service standards are met.

You’ll also step in for the Store Manager when needed and help drive a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. Deliver exceptional customer service, maintain a welcoming atmosphere, and collaborate with the team to meet budget goals.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Job requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday.
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, division and multiplication).
• Ability to show patience and articulate well during the training of new employees.
• Ability to lift 10 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally.
