Job summary

ZOO Digital is seeking a Project Coordinator for its Subtitling team in El Segundo, CA. The role supports localization projects for high-profile clients like Disney, Netflix, and HBO, handling orders, assets, and cross-department coordination to ensure on-time delivery.

The position offers a salary of $23 per hour DOE and a hybrid remote work arrangement, with responsibilities including coordinating with internal teams and assisting Project Managers to keep projects on track.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or 2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Organized and professional
• Excellent communication skills
• Keen eye for details
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)

Responsibilities

• Enter project orders into internal systems, ensuring project information is accurate and up to date.
• Upload, organize, and validate project assets to ensure they are available for production.
• Coordinate and communicate with other departments to support project workflows and resolve issues.
• Support Project Managers with day-to-day project coordination and administrative tasks as needed to ensure projects remain on track.
