ZOO Digital Group plc. in El Segundo, CA, is seeking a Project Coordinator for its Subtitling department. The role supports localization projects by reviewing requirements, setting up orders, preparing assets, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure on-time delivery.

Salary quoted as $23 per hour DOE; hybrid remote working options are available. You will enter orders, upload assets, validate information, and help project managers keep projects on track.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or 2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Organized and professional
• Excellent communication skills
• Keen eye for details
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)

Responsibilities

• Enter project orders into internal systems, ensuring project information is accurate and up to date.
• Upload, organize, and validate project assets to ensure they are available for production.
• Coordinate and communicate with other departments to support project workflows and resolve issues.
• Support Project Managers with day-to-day project coordination and administrative tasks as needed to ensure projects remain on track.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Salary range: $23ph DOE

Location: El Segundo CA/Hybrid Remote Working

We are currently looking for a Project Coordinator for our busy Subtitling department in El Segundo, CA. The Subtitling team work with major high-end clients including Disney, Netflix, and HBO, on numerous ongoing projects within agreed time frames and funding parameters.

The Project Coordinator in Subtitling supports the execution of localization projects by reviewing project requirements, setting up orders, preparing project assets, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure projects are delivered accurately and on schedule.

Duties and responsibilities include;

• Enter project orders into internal systems, ensuring project information is accurate and up to date.
• Upload, organize, and validate project assets to ensure they are available for production.
• Coordinate and communicate with other departments to support project workflows and resolve issues.
• Support Project Managers with day-to-day project coordination and administrative tasks as needed to ensure projects remain on track.

Requirements

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for bright and passionate individuals with excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail. The Project Coordinator in Subtitling would ideally have previous experience within subtitling, localization, or media production.

We are also looking for applicants with the following skills and experience:
