You’ll deliver on-site investigations, prepare clear reports, and identify new business opportunities while maintaining a strong safety-first mindset and working with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• This role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and a relevant technical certification.
• Experience with underground utility location, mapping, and site investigations is preferred.
• Strong client-facing skills and the ability to develop opportunities with customers.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site subsurface investigations using detection technologies and GPS tools.
• Deliver accurate mark-outs, reports, and on-site solutions with quality and safety in mind.
• Engage with clients before, during, and after service to ensure accurate data capture.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through site visits and outreach.
• Collaborate with BD and account teams to support cross-selling across service lines.
• Prepare quotes and pricing, guiding clients through a consultative process.
• Coordinate scheduling with local operations and maintain CRM records.
• Represent the company at events and safety meetings; promote safety culture.
