Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Geoscience, Construction Management, Project Management, Business, or another technical discipline required. Master's degree preferred.
• Proven leadership in multidisciplinary technical organizations and executive-level communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Subsurface Project Management and PMO to ensure mature, scalable execution across global projects.
• Oversee portfolio governance, scheduling, capital forecasting, and executive dashboards.
• Drive continuous improvement in project management maturity and governance across the organization.
• Partner with multiple functions (Geoscience, Reservoir Management, Wells, Engineering, Finance, EHST, Operations) to optimize project delivery.
• Develop and mentor high-performing teams and manage organizational change initiatives.
