Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, associate’s degree or college credits.
• Three professional references, including at least one from a previous supervisor.
• State & federal background checks.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support students in classroom, playground, or cafeteria.
• Foster a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning environment and encourage participation.
• Manage classroom routines, behavior, and transitions per lesson plans left by the teacher.
• Communicate clearly with school staff.
• Leave brief notes or feedback for the returning teacher.
