Sub Teacher Source is actively seeking Substitute Teachers for Charlotte, North Carolina. This on-call, part-time role involves covering classrooms when teachers are absent and following prepared lesson plans to maintain a safe learning environment.

Sub Teacher Source is a leading staffing agency that partners with school districts to provide dependable Substitute Teachers when regular educators are unavailable. Our mission is simple: ensure students continue receiving quality education no matter the day.

We are currently hiring on-call and/or part Substitute Teachers who are flexible and available throughout the week. High Demand particularly on Mondays and Fridays.

Position: Substitute Teacher (Part Time/On-Call )

Most substitute teaching assignments are posted the evening before or the morning of the school day. Advance scheduling may be available depending on school needs and availability.
